James was a former senior Partner of Ernst & Young’s Melbourne office in the Corporate Finance Division and a Director of Ernst & Young Transaction Advisory Services Pty Ltd. He was with the firm for over 26 years and was a Partner for 17 years. He is currently on the Board of Directors for Animal Dermatology Clinic Sydney Pty Ltd, CERA Technologies Pty Ltd, TGM Group Pty Ltd, Managed Services for Veterinary Specialists Australia Pty Ltd, Bionic Vision Australia and the Centre of Eye Research Australia.
